VESK - Access Anywhere

Employees working from home can access their VESK virtual desktop just as if they were sat at their desk in the office using a laptop, home PC or a cost efficient thin client device. Workforce downtime due to adverse weather or sickness for example can be managed much more effectively.

VESK can be accessed through any device with an Internet connection and a web browser including PDAs, Blackberries and Iphones giving you access to valuable data whenever you need it.

 

Sharing Information

File sharing can be an issue for remote users. Whilst smaller files can be emailed, larger files need to be uploaded to a common workspace in order to be shared between employees which can be time consuming and unreliable. VESK stores all data centrally and so files can be shared in a matter of seconds, regardless of file size or employee location.

Contract Staff

If you need to use temps or contractors from time to time, we can set up a VESK account for them in less than one hour. All we need are their names and which programs and files they need access to. This means that you can integrate offsite contract workers or partner companies to your organisation quickly and easily. They can simply access the files you wish using a VESK account on their existing equipment. Contract user accounts can be added at daily, weekly or monthly rates.
