The VESK Package

Because all of this software is licensed centrally on servers in our data centres, rather than on every PC in your office, software licensing costs are greatly reduced and included in your fixed per user monthly fee. In addition, VESK Software Assurance ensures that your standard software is automatically updated to the latest version available at no extra cost.

Standard Package

Windows Virtual Desktop - VESK utilises the familiar Windows desktop operating system.
Microsoft Office 2007 (with free lifetime upgrades) - Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access. The latest Microsoft Office package supports both new and existing file formats.
Microsoft Exchange Outlook 2007 - Provides you with simple management for your business emails, calendar, contacts and notes.
Adobe pdf Reader - Provides users with the ability to read pdf documents.
Windows Mobile - Access to your emails on the move via PDAs and mobile phones.
Instant Messenger Services - IM programs such as Skype, MSN, and AOL chat can be included in your standard package for some or all of your users.
Web Browsers - Access the Internet via the latest Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers.
Storage - 10GB file storage per user plus an additional 2.5GB for emails and 2.5GB for settings per user. Shared storage space is also provided as standard. 
Security - VESK utilises SSL encryption, server firewalls and the latest anti-virus and anti-spam software, as well as full real-time back ups, to ensure complete protection of your data.
Service Level Agreement - 99.9% guaranteed SLA uptime, ensuring you have access to your VESK whenever you need it.
Anti-virus/spam - Complete anti-virus and anti-spam is included.
Disaster recovery - We replicate your data in real-time between multiple datacentres so you no longer need to.
Backup - We backup all of your data offsite onto tape so you no longer need to
File sharing - Shared company folder to share and access files.

 

Additional Options

The VESK standard package should meet most business IT requirements. VESK can be further tailored to exactly meet the needs of your organisation. Popular additions include:

IT Support – Our Service Level Agreement ensures your VESK is always available to you as standard. In addition we can also provide you with full end-user technical assistance.
Blackberry/iPhones - For a small additional per user monthly fee, Blackberries and iPhones can be fully integrated with your VESK service.
Additional Software - If your business uses software such as SAGE accounts/payroll, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce or any other applications, these can be seamlessly integrated into your VESK service. Prices vary depending on application and number of users, if you have more than 10 users we will include one of these packages for free. 
Extra Storage Processing or Memory – Additional storage space, processing power or memory can be added to your VESK package.
