Nuance's Dragon app is a dream come true for mobile workers

Are you sick and tired of tirelessly typing replies to e-mails using the teeny tiny buttons that come on mobile devices? If so, you might be interested in Nuance's new Dragon for E-mail application. 

The Dragon for E-mail app is simply e-mail dictation for Blackberries. The app allows you to create, send and forward e-mails by simply speaking into your Blackberry. It's been designed specifically with mobile workers in mind and could prove to be a big hit with mobile workers who need to drive long distances. 

The app allows you to "say anything" and has proven to be 5 times quicker than conventional e-mail tasks. The app has also been designed so you to change between dictation and text input at any time and is integrated directly into Blackberry E-mail. It's currently free on Blackberry World and is available for a wide range of Blackberry models.

Nuance have launched the app following the success of their Dragon Dictation app for the Blackberry which has now been re-designed for the iPad. In addition the Dragon for E-mail app has also been reconfigured for the iPad and is called Dragon NaturallySpeaking. 

“The iPad is a unique and remarkable device, and with the Dragon Dictation App users can experience added flexibility and convenience as they quickly convert speech into text," commented Mr Thompson.
